Meryl has
been storming the UK, Irish and New York comedy circuits for
8 years; thrilling, delighting and disturbing people on the subjects of
rice, thongs, breasts and dead TV chefs.
Recently done 20s at clubs including Headliners, Frog + Bucket and
Banana Cabaret and have many gigs coming up including The Bearcat and
Brixton Comedy Club. Performed in the Jack Dee show at the Comedy Store
and was picked by Karen Koren to appear in her "Midnight Show" at The
Gilded Balloon for the run of the Edinburgh Festival.
Also an accomplished presenter, having been nominated for a prestigious Sony
Radio Academy Award 2003 (along with Johnny Vegas, Jonathon Ross and Mark Lamarr).
Was nominated for Best Breakfast Show (against Terry Wogan)
and being the only woman in my category... Officially the best female breakfast
radio presenter in the country.
Has also presented on TV appearing in the pilot, and many editions of Liquid
News for BBC.
